Integrating electrical and plumbing during construction of Air Crete dome for on-grid city use?
Hello Air Crete community,
I am interested in building a dome as a guest cottage in my Portland OR backyard. Is it possible to build a dome to city code with lines plumbed and wired in for on-grid power and water?
I saw a post about getting an engineer to "stamp" a plan to exempt the city from liability. I'm not sure what criteria an engineer would be reviewing for? I'm interested in going the other way, and being able to legally permit this as an accessory dwelling unit. (ADU)
Does anyone have experience with this?
Thank you, Beth
