I replaced the pipe on the left with the one on the right, smaller and fewer holes, made a HUGE difference. Actually I think I may have to add a few more holes to get it a little bit better . The flow meter didn't work....it was too restrictive.

I suggest using the Domegaia recipe to make Axion foam at a density of 95 grams per 1.3 liters and using that foam to make a test batch of aircrete. Once you have done that, you will have a solid baseline and a great starting point.

Double check your connections. I had a problem and took me awhile to check the obvious. My connections was a little off and it did not work.

That is excellent they took care of that issue. Let us know how it all turns out for you. We are very interested in knowing how it goes with big panels like that.

We are finding that it is important to give the Little Dragon a dedicated power supply, separate from any other appliances such as an injection-mixer, air-compressor, refrigerator, toaster, well-pump, etc. Power fluctuations from sharing circuits or power cords with other appliances can create pump flow fluctuation in the Little Dragon which in turn fluctuates the foam density significantly.

Each time the dial is in the up position I check to see if the lockwasher has started to compress. When the dial is up and I see that the lock washer is compressed more than 25% I stop. Done. Next step.

Greetings , my name is Hannah i am currently in Ghana WA. I received my little dragon and mixer but when we set everything up and the air compressor reached 100psi we switched on the dragon and the gauge didn't move after try to turn it up to it max the gauge still didn't move and dragon produced watery foam. I sent a email 4-5 days ago but didn't receive any feedback . im really anxious to get started as we plan to help provide homes for people in need.

If the clamps you are talking about are on top of the domed cover, then they are for holding the foam wand. If you are pumping straight into the hand mixer you are not using the hand wand and thus the clamps are kind of useless.

As to a a secure fitting bucket. Any bucket will do. I a have my littler dragon mounted on the 5 gallon lid that can in the kit and then mounted that lid to a 32 gallon trash can lid so I don't have to refill my buckets as often.

I need to level a concrete subfloor in a 1828 steading I'm converting, I'd like to try Aircrete but $500 plus shipping is too much for a maybe. Would be keen to rent off someone who's taken the plunge. Or maybe I should see it as a business opportunity...

Questions I’m seeking replies to:

Has anyone tried to other ways to successfully strap injectors to mixers that uses diff methods? Metal arms that descend from the plastic housing to hold injector in place, etc?

How vital is having injectors push foam ONTO the blades vs more simply clipping injector to side of 55 gal mixing barrel to blend aircrete like so many youtube egs show. What functional advantages Hajjar does this method of injection have over the online YT examples?

I’m keen for any info re
a. mixers that hold huge blades as this seems to be a good function for quick + smooth blending.
b. mixers that have a domestic supplier for warranty and repair issues.
