I just made my first few batches of foam to test soap concentration and air pressure. Although it was easy to adjust air pressure to to get the correct density/weight, The foam life before it started to separate and settle was short ( only about 15 min).
Will a short foam life translate into problems with the mixed aircrete, or does the foam stabilize more in the mix.

@Amon If you want you may purchase a fast setting concrete and this allows a set while the foam lasts ten minutes and the concrete is set in ten minutes. It is much more expensive. Commercial foamers over dish soap helps and some people add a small portion of calcium chloride to speed the set of regular concrete

That sounds normal. You'll find out when you do your mix.
