I've been wondering if it is possible to just use forms to pour an entire house and not deal with blocks. I realize it might have to be done a few feet at a time. If so, can we just pour on top of layers w/o mortar?

        Ederosa,

That is exactly what I will be testing. I have two building methods i'm testing the first is to build the structure from concrete and to use Aircrete as the insulator. The second test will be using just aircrete. You can follow my Dome building method project.
