Managing Notifications

I imagine that most people turned off their notifications during the plague of spam. Now that spam is gone, please consider turning some of the notifications back on.
These are three essential notifications to have enabled:
"When a new reply is posted in a topic you are watching"
"When you receive a chat message"
"When someone mentions you"These can be enabled in your profile settings.
