How do you guys wire the house, if there is no cavity like there is in conventional houses?

It works well to run wiring in the floor. A friend of mine recently poured a round slab foundation for his dome. Included in that slab is an infrastructure of plumbing and electrical. The wires and pipes can easily travel upward within the walls. Outlets are usually low to the ground anyway. Wall switches are more work. Having a cylindrical base makes running the verticals easier.

Thanks. Can you also run PEX plumbing through the walls?

@knowitallteen Assuming the aircrete blocks are at least 6 inches thick, it should be feasible to run pex through holes that are drilled through the blocks. A standard wood-boring auger bit should work well.
