      Hello Domegaia Community,

https://www.automatic-construction.com/ our company is manufacturing inflatable formwork for concrete. We deliver forms for buildings or structures with inflatable shoring.

We have used both traditional ready mix as well as aircrete. The aircrete is made of course with our trusty domegaia mixer and foamer!!!

      Here is a video https://www.instagram.com/p/CiNObJ2JxGu/

      Some benefits for AirCrete construction

      1. No formwork required or brick.
      2. PVC form left in place provides sealed building envelope and also waterproofing.
      3. Nylon provides tensile strength requirements.

We hope to work with Domegaia and the community!

@KnowItAllTeen Hello, yes. The slab is connected to the walls and roof in one section. So we pump the air crete into the slab also. For the slab, we used a denser air crete mix .

@KnowItAllTeen Yes. We can do that.

We are also considering releasing a few standard designs. 200 square foot ADU. 800 square foot house. Etc.

@Automatic Building codes are the major roadblock to aircrete domes getting built. They don't exist for aircrete dome yet. I believe before anything on a large scale can be done, we as people need to figure out a way to standardize this method of construction before the public will be willing to trust it. How would you do this? You are with a construction company. There must be codes on your forms are they not?

This could be game changing! Can you describe your requirements if one were to commission custom forms, and how the process might go?

@Tyler-nlsn Hello, glad you think so. You can email us at info@automatic-construction.com and send sketches or CAD drawings of what you want to build. Then we can quote you form costs.
