Taos New Mexico wanting to host workshops

We live in Taos. 10 miles from earth'ship community. We have canvas geodesic domes that we want to make into aircrete domes. One is 3p feet and the other is 16 feet. We live in a monolithic dome on the property. Who can teach the workshops? Thanks wendy
