I am an American living in India for the last 13 years. I run an NGO in the state of Uttarakhand in the foothills of the Himalayas.
I have a distributor agreement from Monolith Dome Institute of USA since 2005.
We have built 11 Domes of 20ft diameter size and 1 of 32ft diameter. Some were insulated with ground polystyrene (recycled).
We have used a stucco sprayer for applications and braided Basalt rope instead of rear.
Question: Do you see any issue with spraying the air Crete mixture onto an inflated air form? I know that due to impact and rebound of the sprayed mixture there will be up to 30% entranced air loss. Not an issue.
Thanks, and I am fascinated by what you are doing!
