I haven't heard of anyone spaying AC effectively. We've tried spraying with a texture sprayer, it didnt' work so well.

Hi again. I have his same question. Could you tell me what type of sprayer you used? Was it something like this???

          https://www.mortarsprayer.com/product/4-jet-combo/

They advertise this as a cheap way of spraying shotcrete and in their youtube video they even built a dome in Haiti with one of this. Let me know please. Thanks.

I would have the same question. There is a company called Air Krete which you may have heard of, which sprays insulation, they use insulweb against a form to create a cavity in which to spray it. They don't have anyone in my area that does it, but I think it's pretty popular. What is the similarity with the Air Crete here I wonder? I know Air Krete uses magnesium oxide cement, and probably a high foaming product to make it less dense??
This may be a lot cheaper if it could work similar with these products??

Talking to a friend who has worked in concrete construction for decades about aircrete. Spraying it came up, and he had a great idea of using sandblasting tank filled with wet aircrete. Something like this:
