Specs on dome home for strength
Hi my name is Danny and I'm currently living in the island of Puerto Rico. I am a contractor here in this island and I have several other contractors that are interested in holding a workshop here. Due to the hurricane last year I was served massive destruction especially to wooden homes. We believe that we can build these dome homes here cheaper than wood homes. Who we like to have some specs on these dome homes and hurricane-force winds structure strength and Etc. Can you please be kind of and send me some good research information on this type of material and dome homes.
I preformed crush test on aircrete. It's compresive strength exceeds frame construction. A dome also does not catch wind and therefore is not harmes by hurricane winds.
My test stopped at three weeks when my scale was no longer able to measure the weight.
3 weeks holding 250 pounds per square inch.
