Hello, does anyone know the strength of a 2x4x4” air crete panel? I am wondering if you could use them structurally as a exterior wall for a small out building if stacked, or would it just crumble?

I am using Aircrete as an internal stucture/walls in my shed. I am making them 2.4mtrs x 500mm x 200mm. I will be re-enforcing them with ploy mesh. Once they are in place I will put a render coat/stucco coat on the face to strength the surface and give a seamless appearence. Then I will apply a coat of paint.

        Hope this is helpful.

The compressive strength of an 2 foot by 3.5 inch section is stronger than 2x4 framing. My last test showed a strength exceeding 19,500 pounds for such a cross section. This of course doesn't take into account the tensile stresses, the fabrics stretch strength, or uneven loading of the wall.
