      What size form for the 43 gallons of Aircrete? Plus how do you make the blade to cut the bricks?

        @jai.richardson depends on the thickness of your block but 43 gallons equals 5.75 cubic feet 🙂 I use a piece of window flashing to cut my blocks both away from the form and to the rough size, then when ready to set the block I use a typical hand saw made for wood to trim the block for a tight fit 🙂

          @kimo thanks for replying. If I use 4 ft x 4ft form and make the bricks 6 inch x 6 inch at 3.5 inches. Would that work. I am still trying to figure out the math.

            you should have a few gallons left over with a 4x4 or 4.5x4 form, a 4x5 would be just a touch too big..
