@martin10 Nice photos. Nice domes! What kind of finishing system did you use? Is the stucco pigmented or painted?
-
@zander in the red one is natural Clay

Your blocks look formed not cut. Am I seeing that correctly?

This post is deleted!

Yes, this blocks are actually 2blocks in one, It was for make us more easy to move to the place we build
-
Your blocks look very clean. They have no crumbs or cracks. Do you have a special aircrete recipe?

@martin10 Beautiful get in touch when u can bless your work thanks M

Oh, I see that your forms are very deep. That seems efficient - I like it. How do you cut your blocks? How long do you wait before cutting your blocks?
-
This is some reason DG dont make the blocks upright anymore? I normally take out the form before 24h , i like to leave them 24h at least ,
-
@martin10 DG does not use the upright forms anymore because they are very expensive because of the steel dividers. However, Hajjar says that they are quite superior. For anyone who is building multiple domes then the additional cost is well worth the added quality and efficiency.

@martin10 What is the gauge of steel sheets that you use? Is it stainless steel or galvanized?
-
Galvanized 16"
-
2 sheets of 4×8 for make the 15 sheets we need for each form
