North central MN

I have two domes that we used lumber and plywood to finish when we initially built. The materials we were able to afford at the time for finishing left our structures longevity lacking in our northern clime. I am looking to explore the possibility of using your tools and methods to secure the investment we have thus far incurred. Would be interested in any advice that could be available. Smaller dome is 23' diameter with a cord wood knee wall larger one is 64' diameter with a rammed earth tire foundation. Large growing capacity is incorporated into the spaces for the purpose of year round food production; vegetables, fruits, and fish is the final vision at this point. We are very motivated to make this happen; ideally at minimum, the smaller one, yet this building season. Thanks in advance for any and all responses.
