my aircrete foam generator just arrive (thanks DOmegaia) my problem is the aircompressor, i was trying to buy one the 1 horsepower, 100-115PSI @ 23 gallons. is this good enough? do i need to regulate the output to 90PSI before it enter the little dragon foam generator?
hope to hear from you guys.

      thank you

Yes. 90 PSI output from the compressor. The Little Dragon usually is regulated to 60 PSI roughly for good foamage 🙂 You have plenty of air capacity. Goodluck!

I get good foam even less then 90psi. Infact the psi doesn't seem to make a differerance for me. if my foam is a little light it usually adjusts as it's being mixed with slurry.

@Traveler004 are you weighing your foam? It needs to fall between 90-100 grams

@Ignacio-DHOME Yes i'm weighing my foam. What i'm saying is that no mater what the weight comes out to as long as it's on the lighter side of 100, my aircrete has works. So i've pour with it being about 65 grams and the aircrete was still perfect. I just add a bit more foam. When it mixes with the slurry some of the bubbles collaspe i guess. Anyhow my point is for me the end result is good no mater what the psi. I literally just turn on my air and go and never had too heavy foam yet.

@Traveler004 Lucky you! I have poured on the light side due to human error and the aircrete collapsed....
There are allot of variables present when pouring, even weather and barometric pressure affects the crete!

@shawnbaker830 I haven't shopped for one in years so i don't know which is currently out there. But when i was looking there were 2 types. 1 used a pump for the liquid and an air compressor and the air and soapy water mix in a wand. Type 2 just used an air compressor and forced air into the soapy water container pushing some of it out. Don't get a type 2. The container of soapy water can burst and hurt or kill someone and if that doesn't bug you then spending hours trying to get the right amount of air to soap ratio will. All you need is a diaphragm pump and most people can build one themselves. But if that's not your thing, just buying one from these guys. Click on the domegaia shop.

The Domegaia foam generators are well tested and reliable. I have built many and used several. For every dome built by Domegaia, one of their dragon foamers was a key player.
