hawaii dome builder wanted

Hi we have a property in Big Island Hawaii that currently has a octogon small home and want to rip out one wall and add a monolithic dome, lanai and add a garage We have the funds all ready to go but need to know we have a builder in the area that can do the job before we pay and submit the plans.... We estimate the project will have permits by jan 1 of next year.... just in case building permits take a while Please let us know if you are interested and have experience we would love to have you build our dream home thankyou lisa and dean
