Widely differing formulas

On one part of the site there is a formula of 1 bag portland, 6 gal water and then fill the drum to the 45 gal mark.
On the "aircrete data sheet', the 28 lbs/cubic foot is the closest but this has 21.6 gal of foam added, when equalized to a full bag of portland.
But these are wildly different.
1 bag of portland =7.5 gal plus the 6 gal of water equals 13.5 gal which would require 31.5 gal of foam to equal 45 gals
