      After viewing this My question should make sense. I have been wondering if Air Crete is air tight?

        Yes, aircrete is air tight, and impermeable to water too, although it can absorb a small bit of water. I would not try to construct an above ground tank with it unless you had reinforcing to handle the tensile forces.
