We are building a small centre for wholistic living in central Portugal
on 5 acres of beautiful land with an old stone farm house
a valley with a stream and wooded hillside
The renovations of the main house are almost complete
the outbuildings we will convert into accommodation so that we can host guests
as well as a series of dome structures around the land for private retreats
We are currently thinking that Aircrete is the best medium for this
Our passions are growing and cooking food, nature, music and meditation
I am a professional musician, gardener and language teacher
Alison is a chef, animal behaviourist and safari/ tour guide
we are both experienced growers and long term meditators
We look forward to being able to share the peace we have found in this land
as well as our interests and skills with many people over the coming years
