      @steadyonabix the fabric is a close knit polyester, similar to landscape fabric or fiberglass insect screen. Discussion has been considered using EIFS or stucco mesh, a much more economical product. I advocate trying burlap also.

      Could the stucco and fabric be added to the form prior to pouring the Aircrete?
      Quikrete suggested a product called re-cap resurfacer

      @steadyonabix ICFs (insulated concrete forms) are similar. I'm questioning Aircrete's ability to bond well with metal.

      YouTube has HoneyDo Carpenter building a shed, pouring Aircrete into a metal stud panels reinforced with hardware cloth. Worked for him.

      My experience is the galvanized wire separated from the Aircrete. I'm trying to bond a durable surface on an Aircrete brick or as a paver.
      Any ideas?

      @Ignacio-DHOME
      I see your point about the mesh, like paper on drywall.
      A question please...
      I bought APOC 482F polyester roofing reinforcement fabric to understand your process. How and why did Domegaia choose that product. I picked up the $13 roll of polyester landscape fabric (3'x25') and other than color - no difference.
      I soaked pieces of both in non-shrink grout this weekend (a variety of other fabrics too) to compare. Burlap-crete recommended the grout.

      I also am considering the EIFS mesh (Exterior insulation foam system)

      @Ignacio-DHOME thanks.
      I bought a Ridgid dual paddle mixer from the factory outlet, cheap. I'm looking forward to learning how to use it.
      Our weather should be dry and almost 60 degree Sunday.

      @JRatner
      Stable Air has made that decision a business decision. Foam is easy!!

      What the difficulty is using the foam for residential home construction.

    • Mixing in a bag?

      Lowe's sells sand in 1/3 CU Yd (9-sq ft) bag.
      The strap handles allow the forklift to hold it.
      1/3 of a cubic yard is a little larger than a 55 gallon barrel. Would it hold the Aircrete slurry and foam mix?

      I've seen a 77 gallon barrel, after that I'm thinking about something like a stick tank from the farm store. Cutting a fuel drum off might be an option, so I can mix up to five bags. I see YouTube from Asia with a 'transmission' or pan mixer operated by a very efficient team. I'm alone until my business explodes!!

      I've seen really sexy continuous mixers like this sleek Italian model
      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LkJdWu7Z1GY&feature=share
      I remember a post from a 67 year old man thinking the same. The Italian machine and American competitors make machines to mix floor leveler or wall plaster. Nothing with Aircrete.

      What I see with Aircrete is blasting out of a hose as land fill or bubbling out of a pipe. That hose is often connecting a ready-mix truck to a huge foam machine. The foam is easy to produce, see those fire suppression systems.
